As a Senior Housekeeper (Team Lead) at Spire Dunedin Hospital, you''ll play an important role in maintaining the standards that support outstanding patient care. Working alongside the Head of Housekeeping, you''ll help ensure patients, visitors and colleagues experience a professional, comfortable and well-maintained environment while supporting infection prevention standards and the smooth running of the hospital.
About the Role
As a Senior Housekeeper (Team Lead), you will support the Head of Housekeeping in overseeing the daily delivery of housekeeping services across the hospital. You''ll supervise housekeeping activities, monitor performance standards and help ensure a consistently high level of cleanliness throughout all clinical and non-clinical areas.
Working closely with housekeeping colleagues and hospital teams, you''ll play an important part in maintaining quality standards, supporting infection control practices and ensuring housekeeping processes are delivered effectively. You''ll also help induct and support new team members, maintain accurate records and contribute to the ongoing development of the service.

Days/Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Sunday, including early mornings, days and evenings.
