The Role As a Paint Sprayer, you''ll be responsible for preparing and spraying trailer chassis and components to a high standard, ensuring every product meets strict quality and durability requirements. Key Responsibilities Preparing surfaces through cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming. Applying 2K primers, topcoats, and lacquers using air-assisted spray equipment. Carrying out quality inspections, including wet and dry film thickness (WFT/DFT) checks. Completing touch-ups and ensuring a high-quality finish. Cleaning and maintaining spray guns, equipment, and spray booths. Following all health and safety procedures, including COSHH regulations. Working collaboratively within the production team to meet daily targets. About You To be successful, you''ll ideally have: At least 3 years'' experience as a Paint Sprayer within manufacturing, commercial vehicles, trailers, or an automotive body shop.
