Are you a former Building Control Inspector, Construction Project Manager or Architect with in-depth knowledge of the Building Regulations and the new Principal Designer duties under the Building Safety Act?

We\''re looking for a highly skilled Building Regulations Principal Designer to join a growing Safety and Compliance team at a Construction Consultants in Milton Keynes.

Responsibilities

Lead design assurance and regulatory compliance across a diverse portfolio

Work on a range of projects including commercial, education, residential, and High-Risk Buildings (HRBs)

Collaborate closely with clients, design teams, contractors, and regulators

Ensure all stages of design meet Building Regulations and new safety requirements

Qualifications

Experience as a Building Regulations Principal Designer or in related roles such as Building Control Inspector, Construction Project Manager, or Architect

In-depth knowledge of the Building Regulations and the new Principal Designer duties under the Building Safety Act

Ability to lead design assurance and regulatory compliance across diverse projects
