Position:

Team Leader – you play a key role in taking our award-winning service directly to customer’s doors, ensuring vehicles are where they need to be, when they need to be there.

part of the Branch Management Team , coordinating the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers.

where everyone works together to get things

done well and on time . With your team of Service Delivery Drivers on board, it’s over to you to inspire the team and take ownership for the allocation and utilisation of the fleet at your site, getting the right vehicles to the right customers, just when they need it.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of Service Delivery Drivers to deliver high-quality service.

Inspire the team and take ownership for allocation and utilisation of the fleet at your site.

Ensure vehicles are delivered and collected efficiently and on time.

Collaborate as part of the Branch Management Team to meet customer needs.

Qualifications and Skills

Customer service know-how and a talent for motivating others.

A calm,

can-do

attitude to get the team pulling in the same direction.

Knowledge of vehicle rental or a similar logistics environment is useful but not essential.

Full UK or EU Driving Licence (preferred).
