To drive revenue growth by developing, and securing new business opportunities for the firm’s legal services. The Sales Executive will work closely with the Directors to promote the firm’s services, convert new opportunities generated through the brand and existing database.Reporting directly to the Directors, you will manage all aspects of the new business funnel, including:identifying, building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clientsassistance with coordinating referrer and key client relationshipsidentifying and qualifying leads from both new and existing clientsunderstanding the client’s needs and preparing budgets and proposalsfollowing up and closing sales opportunitiescoordinating key PR and marketing events with senior stakeholdersYou will already have (or be able to readily develop) a deep understanding of the legal sector and may have experience of the Primary Care or healthcare sector.About You

We are seeking an experienced sales executive to help manage and convert new opportunities. You will have:Experience:

2+ years expertise in selling complex professional services; experience identifying and converting new opportunities; proven ability to understand a complex environment that is heavily regulated and regularly changingSkills:

Demonstrable experience in realising opportunities to maximise revenues, and to be a ‘strong’ communicator; strong organisational and process management skills, with a proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks; track record of practical problem solving and IT skills, ideally CRM systems experience; high proficiency in refining sales processes to deliver resultsPersonal Attributes:

Ability to develop and ''speak the language'' of healthcare clients; professional, credible, and confident in client-facing situations; results-driven with a proactive and strategic approach; adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment; high level of integrity and discretionRemuneration

This is a permanent, full time employed position which offers hybrid working at our Guildford office and a salary range of between £30 – 35k plus bonus.Seniority level
