You ll be responsible for managing stock, supporting customers, and keeping the yard safe, clean, and efficient. This role is ideal for someone who s hands-on, highly organised, and confident leading a team in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee goods in/out, loading, unloading, and stock handling Lead and manage a team of yard staff, ensuring high standards of work and safety Monitor stock levels and support inventory accuracy Maintain a clean, organised, and safe yard environment Deliver excellent on-site customer service Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed Report on yard activity and performance What They re Looking For Previous experience in a similar supervisory or managerial yard-based role Strong leadership and communication skills Good knowledge of building materials (preferred) Awareness of health and safety ..... full job details .....
