We''re working with a leading insurance organisation seeking a contract BA to support a range of strategic and operational initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders across underwriting, claims, operations, and IT to gather and document business requirements.Analyse and map current and future state processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.Support the delivery of change initiatives including system implementations, regulatory compliance, and process optimisation.Facilitate workshops, produce high-quality documentation (BRDs, user stories, process flows), and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.Essential Experience:Strong experience as a Business Analyst in complex, fast-paced environments.Extensive knowledge of the London Market, including Lloyd''s of London, syndicates, MGAs, or broking houses.Familiarity with insurance systems (e.g., PPL, Whitespace, IRIS, Genius, or similar).Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience working on both business and technology-driven projects.Desirable:Exposure to Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Experience with regulatory or ..... full job details .....
