The Account Manager will oversee their department and ensure that team members fulfil their duties and tasks punctually and accurately.Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance for their professional growth within the organisation.Manage a small team of Project Managers who will report directly into the Account Manager.Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.Experience and Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in a commercial/retail setting, with a successful track record of completing projects on time and within budget.Strong knowledge of project processes, materials, and methods.Experience of leading a team.NVQ 6 Construction Contracting Operations ManagementCSCSSMSTSDriving Licence
