The Role: Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with Special Educational Needs. Plan and implement personalised learning strategies to support individual EHCP targets. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and external professionals. Create a nurturing, structured, and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress effectively. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience working within KS1 and/or KS2. Strong knowledge of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or speech and language needs. A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach. Excellent behaviour management skills.
