Fire Alarm Project Manager required. We are looking for an experienced Fire Alarm Project Manager to join a leading main contractor, managing the delivery of fire alarm packages across multiple construction projects throughout London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in fire alarm systems who is comfortable overseeing several live projects at once, coordinating subcontractors, managing programme requirements and ensuring installations are delivered safely, compliantly and to a high standard. The Role As Fire Alarm Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the management and delivery of fire alarm works across a portfolio of London-based projects. Managing multiple fire alarm projects/sites simultaneously. Overseeing fire alarm subcontractors Ensuring installations are delivered in line with programme, specification and relevant standards. Coordinating with Project Managers, Site Managers, MandE teams, consultants and other trades. Reviewing drawings, specifications, technical submissions and design information. Monitoring project progress and identifying potential delays or technical issues. Attending site and project meetings. Ensuring all relevant documentation, certification and OandM information is completed. Maintaining high standards of health and safety and quality across all projects.
