Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Finance Manager - Accountant to work for a lovely company based in Hook area. The Finance Manager role will be working on a part time basis 2 days a week. This is a great varied accounting and finance management type role working closely with the Directors. Hours: Part time 2 days a weekSalary: 50-55K (pro rata salary 20-22K for the 2 days)Finance Manager - Accountant duties:Oversee financial operations, including bookkeeping, management accounting, and reportingPrepare quarterly management accounts, cash flow forecasts, balance sheet and variance analysisDevelop and monitor project and support contract budgets, KPIs to support performance and profitabilityManage cash flow, working capital, and forecastingIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, margins and cost controlEnsure compliance with accounting standards, tax legislation, and relevant regulationsOversee the outsourced payroll activitiesImprove financial systems, processes, and internal controlsSkills and experience:Experience of working within an SME type business as a Finance Manager / Financial Controller / AccountantGood IT skills such as Excel and accounting system experience QuickBooks and SageIdeally have CIS and VAT knowledge ..... full job details .....
