This is a hands-on production role operating machinery, monitoring performance and quality, and helping ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently. The Role Working as part of the production team, you will be responsible for: - Setting up and operating machinery in line with standard operating procedures - Monitoring machine performance and recording hourly production data - Identifying and resolving production or quality issues - Escalating faults or performance issues when additional support is required - Completing production records to maintain full product traceability - Carrying out cleaning and maintaining good housekeeping standards - Supporting technical trials and production projects - Identifying opportunities to reduce downtime and material waste - Contributing to continuous improvement activity - Maintaining 5S standards across the working area - Working in line with quality, health and safety and environmental procedures The Machine Operative - What We''re Looking For We are looking for someone with previous experience working within a manufacturing or production environment who is comfortable operating machinery and ..... full job details .....
