Job Title: Contracts Manager – Passive Fire Protection (Hybrid Role)Employment Type: Full-time, PermanentAbout the Role: ESD Recruitment are working on behalf of a specialist fire protection contractor based in London, seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects focused on passive fire protection across the capital. This is a hybrid role, combining office, site, and remote working.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of fire protection contracts from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring compliance, safety, and profitability.Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage multiple passive fire protection projects across LondonLiaise with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth deliveryEnsure all works are compliant with current fire safety regulations and internal quality standardsManage budgets, schedules, and labour resources effectivelyConduct site visits, progress reports, and auditsAssist with procurement and material planningDrive health and safety across all operationsProvide technical guidance and problem-solving on complex jobsRequirements

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the passive fire protection industryStrong understanding of fire safety regulations and installation standardsExcellent communication, client management, and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and teams concurrentlyFull UK driving licencePackage

£65,000 – £75,000 per year (depending on experience)Seniority level
