Reporting to the Corrugator Manager, you''ll play a key role in driving health and safety activity, developing people, performance, and creating a culture where safety, teamwork and continuous improvement come first. What you''ll be doing Supporting risk assessments, accident investigations, audits and safe working practices. Leading your shift team to deliver outstanding safety, quality and production results. Driving improvements in efficiency, output, quality and waste reduction. Creating a positive, high-performing environment where everyone can succeed. Coaching, developing and supporting team members through training, reviews and regular feedback. Ensuring products are manufactured to the right quality, specification and quantity. Building a skilled and flexible team capable of meeting changing business needs. Working closely with Production, Engineering, Quality and fellow Team Leaders to deliver our "one team" approach.
