We are seeking an exceptional Sous Chef to join our close-knit, passionate team. You will be at the heart of our kitchen operations, helping to lead service, inspire junior chefs, and push the boundaries of plant-based cuisine. This is not just a job

What Youll Do

- Lead and support kitchen operations alongside our Head Chef.

- Bring your creativity to the development of seasonal menus.

- Work with fresh, innovative plant-based ingredients and techniques.

- Mentor and guide junior chefs, nurturing talent in a collaborative way.

- Participate in international RandD trips to explore culinary trends and inspire innovation.

- Maintain our high standards of quality, precision, and artistry in every plate.What We Offer
