• Supporting children''s learning through play and exploration

• Creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment

• Encouraging children''s social, emotional and physical development

• Working closely with colleagues and parents to support every child''s journey

• Helping children build confidence, independence and curiosity every day

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, or currently working towards one

• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting

• A warm, caring and positive approach

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one

• A genuine passion for supporting young children during their early development
