Site Lead

North West England Based | European Projects

-310 - -330 per day

We are looking for experienced Site Leads to support the successful delivery of engineering and construction projects throughout Europe.

Candidates must live within commuting distance of the North West Head Office and be willing to work on projects across Europe when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise site teams and daily work activities.
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
• Coordinate labour, plant, and materials on site.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Monitor quality standards and project progress.
• Support Site Managers and Project Managers in project delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for site operatives.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory, Site Lead, Chargehand, or Foreman experience.
• Construction, engineering, mechanical, lifting, or infrastructure background.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• CSCS card and relevant industry qualifications preferred.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to travel across Europe.
