Sales Negotiator - Islington, North London We are recruiting a motivated Sales Negotiator on behalf of an independent estate agency based in Islington, covering North London and surrounding areas. With a focus on local expertise, clear communication and personal service, our client is looking for someone who can build strong relationships, generate opportunities and deliver results. The role You will play a key part in the residential sales process, from handling enquiries and conducting viewings to negotiating offers and supporting transactions through to completion. Your responsibilities will include: Registering buyers and understanding their requirements, budget and purchasing position. Matching applicants with suitable properties and arranging viewings. Conducting viewings professionally and providing timely feedback to vendors. Negotiating offers to achieve the best outcome for clients. Maintaining regular contact with buyers and sellers. Generating valuation opportunities through prospecting, referrals and follow-up activity. Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers and colleagues to help progress agreed sales. Keeping accurate records of enquiries, viewings, offers and sales activity. Developing your knowledge of the local property market. Working towards agreed sales and activity targets while maintaining excellent service.
