Our client, a thriving SME manufacturing industry, is on the lookout for a Temporary Supply Chain and Materials Scheduling Administrator to join their friendly team! If you have a knack for organisation and a passion for keeping things running smoothly, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Position Overview:In this pivotal role, you will support the Supply Chain and Production teams by ensuring materials are scheduled and available to meet production and customer demands. As we implement a new ERP system, your contributions will be vital in maintaining data accuracy and facilitating seamless coordination across departments.Key Responsibilities:Assist with material planning and scheduling to meet production needsUpdate and maintain supply chain data within ERP/MRP systemsMonitor material availability and proactively flag potential shortages or delaysRaise purchase orders and track supplier deliveries as neededCollaborate with internal teams (production, purchasing, warehouse) to ensure alignmentProvide general administrative support to the supply chain functionRequirementsPrevious experience in an administrative role (experience in supply chain or manufacturing is a plus, but not essential!)Strong organisational and time-management skillsKeen attention to detail and accuracy with dataProficiency in Excel and familiarity with internal systems (ERP/MRP experience is advantageous)Excellent communication skills to ..... full job details .....
