Rare opportunity for a Civil Design Engineering Team Leader available!
I am currently recruiting for a Civil Design Engineering Team Leader (Associate / Associate Director / Director level) for a respected multi-disciplinary consultancy in Central London.
You will be the civil design lead, managing and developing a growing team of engineers and technicians, delivering a wide range of infrastructure projects. Typical work will include S278 highways schemes and drainage design, with projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and regeneration sectors.
The company is a well-established consultancy with an excellent reputation for delivering complex infrastructure projects. They have a strong presence in transport planning, civil design, drainage, and flood risk management, and are known for their collaborative and client-focused approach.
The ideal candidate will bring proven private sector consultancy experience, with a strong background in highways design (S278/S38) and ideally drainage. You will have previous team leadership experience and a track record of project delivery, with the ability to win work and build strong client relationships. While your focus will be on team leadership, management, and business development, a robust technical background is essential.
