Assist solicitors and Fee earners with all their conveyancing matters Advise a local, national and international client base on all residential conveyancing matters Deal with new client instructions and footfall into the office Become a very valued member of the firm and team Provide estimates, source of funds and onboarding Complete searches Post exchange and post completion matters Prepare completion statements Produce and issue contract packs Obtain mortgage funds Handle registrations and SDLT returns Have client contact at all stages of transactions What do you need? To have at least 1 year residential conveyancing experience To have at least 1 year experience working in a law firm To already be a Legal Assistant or Paralegal What next?
