The successful candidate will work closely with a team of professionals to provide tailored support to students and help them achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons for students with SEN.Provide individualised support for students with a range of learning difficulties and additional needs.Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff members to ensure students needs are met.Maintain clear communication with parents, carers, and other professionals involved in the students education.Implement strategies to promote inclusion, participation, and engagement in the classroom.Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting teaching approaches as needed.
