Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for a part-time role where you can make a real contribution to a busy HR team? Our client is looking for an HR Administrator to provide hands-on support across a broad range of HR activity.

Job Title: Part Time HR Administrator

Location: Ascot

Salary: -15 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• General HR administration and support
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
• Preparing HR documentation and correspondence
• Supporting new starter and onboarding processes
• Assisting with recruitment administration
• Managing holiday and absence records
• Supporting with payroll administration and payroll queries
• Collating payroll information and ensuring details are accurate and submitted on time
• Dealing with employee benefits queries and supporting benefits administration
• Responding to general HR queries
• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
• Handling confidential employee information appropriately

About You

• Previous HR administration or relevant office administration experience
• Ideally some experience supporting payroll and employee benefits
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office
• Professional and approachable manner
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
