Take ownership of a major product area and drive it forward.Design and implement modern frontend architecture with TypeScript, React, and Next.js.Lead technical projects, mentor colleagues, and rally engineers around best practices.Collaborate directly with users to ensure features are valuable and impactful.Balance building new features with making smart technical debt decisions.What We’re Looking For

5+ years’ experience as a Senior Engineer or above, with strong individual contributor skills.Proven track record of leading teams or initiatives — Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, or similar.Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and modern cloud architectures.Strong architectural design skills with an eye for scalability.A natural leader who inspires collaboration and drives technical excellence.Why Join
