This role is essential to ensuring the smooth movement of goods from origin to destination while providing excellent customer service and maintaining compliance with global trade regulations.Multimodal Freight Forwarder Key Responsibilities:Coordinate end-to-end freight forwarding processes with a primary focus on air import shipments.Manage shipments across all modes (air, road and sea) to meet customer and operational requirements.Liaise with airlines, overseas agents, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely clearance and delivery of goods.Prepare, process, and manage all relevant import and export documentation, including air waybills, customs entries, invoices, quoting and packing lists.Ensure compliance with HMRC and international import/export regulations, including customs clearance procedures.Monitor shipment progress, proactively resolving any delays or issues to maintain a high level of service.Maintain accurate ..... full job details .....
