What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing:

• Deliver tailored support to pupils with diverse learning and behavioural needs
• Assist the class teacher in creating engaging, accessible lessons
• Support children with EHCPs and adapt activities to meet individual learning styles
• Promote emotional wellbeing, resilience, and independence in the classroom
• Provide personal care when required, always maintaining dignity and respect
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support

This Role Is Perfect for Psychology Graduates Who:

• Are passionate about child development, mental health, and inclusive education
• Want practical experience with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and social/emotional needs
• Have experience in care, support work, or education (desirable but not essential)
