Key Responsibilities
££ Clean and maintain communal areas to a high standard.
££ Ensure shared spaces are safe, tidy and welcoming.
££ Build positive relationships with residents and respond to feedback professionally.
££ Use simple technology to record completed work.
££ Report any maintenance or safety concerns.

What We''re Looking For
££ Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential.
££ A positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
££ Excellent customer service and communication skills.
££ Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
££ Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
