Site Manager – Prime Residential

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established prime residential main contractor for an experienced Site Manager to lead the refurbishment and delivery of a private residence.

Our client specialises in high end residential refurbishment and fit out projects across Prime Central London, delivering bespoke schemes with contract values between £1m and £15m. They have built an outstanding reputation for quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail, with much of their work secured through repeat business and longstanding client relationships.

The company is known for investing in its people, maintaining high staff retention, and offering genuine long-term career progression. With a strong pipeline of secured work and a collaborative, quality driven culture, they continue to be one of the most respected contractors within the high end residential sector.

They are now looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join the team and deliver a prestigious luxury residential refurbishment in London.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day site activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
• Maintain programme, quality and health & safety.
• Liaise with the project team, consultants and client representatives.
• Ensure the project is delivered to the highest finish.

About You

• Proven Site Manager experience within prime residential refurbishment.
• Experience delivering luxury apartments or bespoke private residences.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified.
