Description About the Role Our lifeguards are on hand to ensure ourguests are having a great time as well as keeping safe in the pooland on the flumes in our Splash Waterworld! Our guests safetyis our biggest priority so this role requires superb attention todetail whilst also interacting with our guests and providingexceptional customer service. You will promote and runpoolside activities; creating memorable experiences for our guestswhilst keeping their safety at the for front of everything youdo.Typical working hours covers a minimum of 24hours up to full time (35 hours) and a combination of midweek andweekend availability is required. Predominantly shifts are between8.30am - 6pm however there are the occasional shifts until 9pm attimes. Live in accommodation may beavailable for those aged over 18 and relocating to thearea. ANational Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential for thisrole. AboutYou We are looking for enthusiasticindividuals who have a natural ability to engage and relate with awide range of people. You will need to be a strong swimmer withfantastic attention to detail to ensure you can monitor the pool atbusy times. If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, wewould love to hear from you.
