About The Role As our Talent Acquisition Officer, you''ll be responsible for delivering a professional end-to-end recruitment service across a diverse range of roles. You''ll coordinate recruitment campaigns, source candidates, manage candidate communications, support managers through the recruitment process and ensure all pre-employment checks are completed efficiently and compliantly. You''ll also have the opportunity to contribute to talent attraction initiatives, employer branding campaigns and recruitment events, helping to position the College as an employer of choice.
