What you will be doing ? Independent preparation, set-up and operation of large CNC machines (lathes, deep-hole drilling machines, honing machines, autofrettage machines, etc.) Perform precision internal and external machining operations including deep-hole drilling, boring, internal/external turning, honing and pre-/post-autofrettage finishing to achieve extremely tight dimensional and geometric tolerances. Carry out precision boring operations to ensure concentricity, straightness and surface finish requirements are achieved prior to honing operations. Conduct honing operations to achieve required internal surface finishes, bore geometry, cylindricity and final dimensional accuracy in accordance with technical specifications and quality standards.
