Network Operations Manager London Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 DOE Total Annual Package Value: £85,000 - £105,000+ An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the UK team of a rapidly expanding international automotive organisation as a Network Operations Manager. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the development, performance and governance of a growing retailer network, supporting long-term growth through retailer performance improvement, network planning, operational excellence and commercial development. The Opportunity Reporting into the Network Development function, you will be responsible for monitoring retailer performance, profitability, standards compliance and network capability across the UK. Working closely with Dealer Principals, Investors, Regional Teams and Senior Leadership, you will help ensure the retailer network remains profitable, scalable and aligned with future business objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage retailer performance scorecards and KPI reporting frameworks. Monitor retailer profitability, operational performance and financial sustainability. Analyse network trends, risks and growth opportunities. Develop retailer benchmarking and performance improvement plans. Produce regular reporting and recommendations for senior leadership.
