Hybrid role - 3 days office, 2 field Service Manager - Fire and Security Wiltshire Salary: To 60k + benefits Lead a growing service operation in the fire and security industry. Our client is looking for an experienced Service Manager to run their service team, keep standards high and look after their clients. You''ll report directly to the Operations and Commercial Director, so you''ll have real influence on how the department develops. The role Lead, mentor and manage the service team, including field engineers and coordinators Oversee scheduling, planning and completion of service and maintenance work across fire and security systems Make sure delivery meets company standards, contractual SLAs and industry compliance Act as the technical escalation point for complex service issues and client concerns Track KPIs and performance, and put strategies in place to improve the service Run regular audits, site visits and team meetings to maintain quality and compliance Manage stock, tools and equipment so engineers can work efficiently Build strong client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service Work with the installation and sales teams to support the wider business Make sure all work complies with BS5839, BS6266, NSI, BAFE and SSAIB Report to senior management on service trends, engineer performance and customer satisfaction About you Proven experience in a service management role in the fire and security industry Strong technical knowledge of fire alarms, ..... full job details .....
