Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead service delivery, client relationships, and financial performance across multiple contracts. This is a senior leadership role offering significant autonomy, commercial responsibility, and the opportunity to drive operational excellence across a growing regional portfolio. As Operations Manager, you will take full responsibility for operational performance across Voids, Repairs, and Maintenance contracts ensuring works are delivered safely, profitably, and to the highest quality standards.
