You will work across residential and commercial development, combining technical delivery with project leadership, client responsibility and planning advice.The RoleYou will prepare Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies, undertake detailed drainage design and manage projects through planning and technical approval.Your responsibilities will include: Preparing Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategy Reports Designing drainage schemes using InfoDrainage and/or MicroDrainage Managing and leading projects Liaising directly with clients, councils and multidisciplinary design teams Assisting with fee proposals and managing project budgets and resources Providing flood risk and drainage advice on planning and masterplan layouts Representing the consultancy at design team and council meetings Supporting and mentoring less experienced engineersAbout YouYou will ideally have around 5-6 years'' relevant consultancy experience, although your level of responsibility and technical capability are more important than an exact number of years.You will need strong experience in Flood Risk Assessment, Drainage Strategy and detailed drainage design, together with ..... full job details .....
