KEY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Setup and Run: Set up and operate CNC machines for drilling, grinding, and milling. Technical Reading: Interpret blueprints, design models, and engineering drawings. Process Control: Load materials and adjust machine settings (speeds, feeds, cut paths) for optimal output. Quality and Inspection: Measure and inspect finished parts using precision tools; maintain quality records. Maintenance: Perform basic preventative maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions. Safety and Housekeeping: Strictly follow HandS rules, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean, hazard-free workstation.
