Skilled in curating exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue performance, and leading high-performing teams to consistently deliver at the highest standard.What you will do as a Director of Leisure and Diplomatic SalesResponsible for managing Diplomatic and Local Enterprise (LE) accounts on a daily basis to ensure revenue targets are met, service levels are maintained, and business opportunities are maximized.Develop and implement clear strategies aimed at enhancing account performance and achieving annual sales goals.Contribute to the creation of the hotel''s annual business plan in coordination with the sales team, and monitor monthly performance against established objectives.Maintain regular reporting of sales activities through daily and weekly updates to support performance analysis and continuous improvement.Provide direction and support to the Corporate Sales Executive to ensure achievement of individual sales goals and conduct regular reviews of active, potential, and lost business to improve conversion rates.Collaborate closely with the Hyatt Sales Force to strengthen the hotel''s position within the global market and optimize relationships with key international accounts.Oversee budget management by ensuring departmental expenses are within approved limits and that all spending is appropriately documented and authorized.Enhance operational efficiency by optimizing staff scheduling, promoting effective multitasking, and ensuring accurate and timely submission of timesheets and rosters.About Hyatt Regency London - The ChurchillHyatt Regency London
