Android Software Engineer Up to £75 per hour (Inside IR35) 40-hour working week Manchester - 2 days per week in the office, remote working otherwise Initial 6-month contract A global technology company is looking for an experienced Senior Android Software Engineer to join their dynamic team. You will play a key role in building and delivering app-wide features, improving infrastructure, and driving technical excellence. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and deliver app-wide features, systems, and services across various technologies and programming languages. Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate infrastructure flaws or potential issues. Continuously improve services to enhance performance and resource optimization. Lead initiatives to enhance development processes and drive business opportunities for the team''s product and the company. Mentor and support colleagues in their professional growth, playing a key role in onboarding new team members. Promote a collaborative working environment, transforming individual ideas into collective solutions. Lead and resolve technical or design discussions and conflicts within the team.
