About the Role Risk and Insurance Manager Tower Hamlets is seeking an experienced and motivated Insurance Manager to lead the delivery of a high-quality, customer-focused insurance and claims service across the Council. Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, you will be responsible for managing the Council''s insurance arrangements, overseeing claims handling activities, and ensuring that effective insurance protection is in place to support the delivery of services and safeguard public assets. You will lead a specialist team of insurance and claims professionals, working closely with brokers, insurers, legal representatives, senior managers, and external partners to ensure the Council receives a responsive, cost-effective, and professional insurance service.
