Document Controller MandE Construction Location: ReadingSalary: £40,000 £45,000 per annumContract Options: Permanent or Day RateProject Duration: months, with further work available in the regionThe Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented Document Controller with 3 5 years'' experience within the MandE or Building Services sector who is comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment and understands the importance of maintaining accurate, controlled project information throughout the construction lifecycle.The successful candidate will initially support a major project expected to run for approximately months, with further projects and ongoing opportunities available across the Reading and surrounding areas.The role can be offered on either a permanent basis or day-rate contract, depending on experience and preference.Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain all project documentation throughout the full project lifecycle.Control the receipt, distribution and filing of technical documentation, drawings, specifications and project correspondence.Ensure document control procedures comply with company and client standards.Maintain document registers, revision histories and transmittals, ensuring all information is current and accurately recorded.Coordinate document workflows between project teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients.Issue revised drawings and documentation to site teams in a timely manner.Support Project Managers, ..... full job details .....
