Programme ManagerLocation: SloughSalary: £65,000 - £70,000Employment Type: PermanentIndustry: Aerospace About the RoleAn experienced, commercially astute Programme Manager is required by a leading Aerospace component manufacturer to take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of assigned programmes and product families throughout the full product lifecycle. This is a key leadership role, responsible for managing complex programmes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring delivery of business, technical, commercial, and customer objectives.The role entails leading multi-disciplinary teams, manage programme risks, driving continuous improvement, and acting as the primary point of contact for key customers and internal stakeholders.
