Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a brigade of 6
• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including stock control, cost management, and rotas
• Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and strict food hygiene standards
• Be hands-on during food preparation and service
• Collaborate on menu creation and seasonal specials

Who Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Experienced Head Chef or Sous Chef eager to step up
• Passionate about food. Knowledge of Pan Asian, Japanese, Mexican, and world cuisine and advantage but not essential
• Strong leader with a calm, positive approach andmdash; a true team player
• A "Hands On" chef - this is not an office based role
• Skilled in ordering, stock management, rotas, and HACCP compliance
• Thrives in a fast-paced, creative, independent kitchen environment
