Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 per annum + car allowance,bonus,package
Package: Standard company pension and holiday entitlement

Our clients are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor background to be based from their Newbury office. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in commercial best practices, contract administration, cost management, and robust internal procedures. This is a key role that will help instill strong QS discipline across the commercial team.

This role will require someone with a strong skillset in Processes and a real commitment to best practice.

An experienced Quantity Surveyor is required to complement the team in being able to enforce structure and consistency, improving documentation and compliance without compromising commercial agility.
