Business Analyst We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join the Identity and Access team, bringing broad analytical capability across HR systems, directory services, and identity platforms. This role will focus on analysing and improving how identity data flows and is governed across MyHR, One Identity, Active Directory, and Entra, and more broadly across the identity ecosystem. The successful candidate will gather and document business and data requirements, assess current-state processes for gaps and risks, and work with technical teams to ensure systems, reporting, and data mappings remain accurate, consistent, and fit for purpose. The initial scope will cover the MNSUK domain for employees and contractors, followed by non-human accounts, with subsequent extension to additional domains such as MNSSTORES for store colleagues, and ongoing opportunities to support other HR/identity initiatives across the organisation.
