TieTalent .Clancy are looking to recruit a permanent Water Network Team Leader. This position is perfect for those who enjoy a physical job outside, and an ability to perform in a physically demanding role, as well as all-weather conditions.Location: Canwick LincolnResponsibilities
Locate and repair mains water defectsCheck equipment and systems are fit for use, maintained and fully operationalResponsible for risk assessmentsEnsure strict adherence to all Clancy Group health, safety and environmental regulationsActing as a mentor and coach for less experienced colleaguesQualifications
Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor with a good all-round knowledge and understanding of the construction and water industryA full, clean driving licence is essential; a NRSWA qualification is highly desirableExperience in underground service detection using tools like CAT and Genny and a strong awareness of health and safety practices is essentialCSCS card or equivalent is desirable; experience with machine driving (such as diggers or excavators) is valuableOur Company
