The Opportunity As an Air Freight Operator, you''ll play a key role in managing international air freight shipments from start to finish, ensuring the highest levels of customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

• Managing import and export air freight shipments from booking through to final delivery
• Liaising with airlines, overseas agents, hauliers, customs authorities, and customers
• Preparing and processing all relevant shipping and customs documentation
• Providing shipment updates and exceptional customer service to clients
• Monitoring shipment progress and proactively resolving any issues
• Ensuring all operational activities comply with industry regulations and company procedures
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous experience within Air Freight Operations
• Strong understanding of import and export procedures
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Experience using freight forwarding systems would be advantageous
