The Role You''ll play a vital part in keeping our temporary recruitment operation running smoothly. Supporting chefs and hospitality professionals on the ground, you''ll help ensure clients are covered - even at short notice - and shifts are filled efficiently. Your day-to-day Supporting daily temp bookings and handling last-minute shift coverSourcing, screening and registering hospitality candidates using job boards, databases and social mediaManaging availability, rotas and shift confirmationsKeeping candidate records accurate, including right-to-work checks and complianceCommunicating quickly and clearly with both candidates and clientsAssisting with timesheets, payroll queries and general temp recruitment administration No two days are the same - and that''s exactly what makes it exciting.
