This is a high-impact leadership role for a Lead Java engineer ready to shape technology strategy, manage engineering teams, and deliver complex, mission-critical systems for household-name clients.

The Role
As a Lead Software Engineer, you will:
andbull; Take ownership of the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, high-performance Java-based systems.
andbull; Lead technical direction across multiple projects, ensuring best-in-class coding standards, testing, and performance.
andbull; Collaborate directly with clients, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
andbull; Drive innovation and continuous improvement in development processes, cloud adoption, and CI/CD pipelines.

About You
