You''ll design and execute operational acceptance testing, support service management activities, and validate system performance, monitoring, and support processes. What you''ll be doing:- Design and deliver Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) activities.- Assess the operational readiness of AWS-hosted applications and services.- Work closely with service management and operations teams to support live services.- Validate monitoring, alerting and support processes using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, New Relic and Elastic Stack.- Support testing and troubleshooting activities using Ansible, Bash scripting and system administration skills.- Test and validate telecommunications technologies, including 4G and 5G services. What we''re looking for:- Experience in Operational Acceptance Testing, service management and IT operations.- Knowledge of AWS-hosted applications and technical testing practices.- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, New Relic or Elastic Stack.- Familiarity with Ansible, Bash scripting and Linux/system administration.- Experience testing telecommunications technologies (4G/5G).- Minimum 5 years'' continuous UK residency. ..... full job details .....
