This is an opportunity to lead a small, dedicated service where your leadership can make a genuine and lasting difference. You''ll have real visibility and influence over the home''s culture, your team''s development and, most importantly, the outcomes and experiences of the young people we support. We''re looking for an experienced manager or an established Deputy Manager ready to take the next step, with a Level 5 qualification in Residential Childcare, Health and Social Care, or an equivalent qualification, alongside relevant residential childcare experience.
